To manage your charging station via the management portal, the hardware must be configured to communicate with our network. Because every hardware model has a unique configuration interface, please refer to the Manufacturer’s User Manual or the Installation Guide included in the box for specific step-by-step instructions.
1. Network Connection
Your charger must have a stable internet connection to communicate with the management cloud. Depending on your model and site environment, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions to configure:
Cellular (SIM): Insert the SIM card and configure the correct APN settings as provided by your cellular carrier. You can take a look at our SIM Quick Start Guide for more details.
Wi-Fi: Select your local SSID and enter the network password.
Ethernet: Ensure the LAN cable is connected and DHCP or Static IP settings are applied.
2. OCPP Server Configuration
For the station to connect to our platform, you must enter the following OCPP Server URL into the charger’s configuration portal:
OCPP URL: wss://ocpp.noodoe.com:443
