As an owner of charging stations, you will have to deal with offline stations. Stations typically go offline due to one of the following reasons, and we recommend checking them prior to opening a ticket.
Check Power
Is power on to the station? There should be an LED lit up on the station, and if it has a screen, the screen should be on.
Check Networking Connection
Confirm the station is connected to the network. Many stations show an error or

Check for Error Codes
Are there any error codes on the station? Some stations have a blinking red LED, while others show error codes on the screen.
You can find error codes and troubleshooting for specific stations here;
Perform Power Cycle
Occasionally charging stations may need reset for a variety of reasons, and this clears most standing errors. Flip the breaker off, wait 30 seconds, and flip the breaker back on.
