Does Noodoe Provide On-Site Technician Service?

Noodoe does NOT provide on-site technician service for charger inspection, repair, installation, or field troubleshooting.

If on-site service is required, the site owner or operator should contact a qualified local technician, electrician, or service provider.

Noodoe can provide remote assistance to help review charger status, check connectivity, identify possible configuration issues, and guide troubleshooting steps.

When On-Site Service Is Needed

1. Contact a qualified local technician, electrician, or charger service provider.
2. Provide the technician with the charger model, site information, and a description of the issue.
3. Contact Noodoe Support if remote assistance is needed during troubleshooting.
