The charger says "Not in services, unable to connect to the internet"
There's a network connection issue to the charging station. Thanks for letting us know.
Please fill out the “submit a request” form that can be found on the top right corner of the webpage, or email us at techsupport@noodoe.com.
Please provide the following:
- the broken charger’s seven-digit station ID (the station ID is usually displayed at the front or on the side of the charger),
- the issue/ question, and
- (optional) your contact information (if you wish Noodoe to contact you for further assistance)
Our tech support team will look into this issue as soon as possible
Please also let the site staff know about it if you have contact with them.
