Station List provides an overview of all stations in a selected entry. It lets you review key station details at a glance and add notes to track sales and maintenance activities.
When to use this guide
Refer to this guide if you need to perform any of the following operational or administrative tasks:
Troubleshooting: If a station is unresponsive or stuck (e.g., Preparing or Stopping), use this list to check status, review event history, or perform a Remote Reset.
Remote Assistance: Manually start/stop charging sessions for drivers or manage maintenance modes.
Site Auditing: Download station data reports for specific sites.
Site Auditing & Diagnostics: Download station data reports or download OCPP communication logs.
Record Keeping: Log maintenance notes and review charger event history (default last 48 hours).
How to Access Station Management:
1. On the side menu, go to Assets > Station List.
2. Select an entry from the Site Directory.
Note: Stations will only appear after pre-commissioning.
Station Details
Click on any station to view detailed information such as pricing, firmware, SIM card, site details, and more.
Note: Only Noodoe Admins can assign permissions to edit sales details (e.g., software plan, sales orders, warranties).
To download a detailed station report with over 15 fields of data, click Download in the top right corner.
Actions
Editing Station Information
To edit station details:
- Click the Edit button next to the station.
- You can modify:
- Profile (including station and sales order info)
- Service plan (including hardware warranty and software plan)
- Commissioning
- Event History: Displays the station's status (charging, error, available, etc.) over a specified time range. By default, it shows the last two days, but you can adjust the time period manually.
- Maintenance notes

To perform additional actions, click the 3-dot menu next to the station:
- Move Station: Move the station from one site to another. Please refer to our station moving guide for detailed instructions.
- Remote Actions: Remotely manage the station for testing purposes. Please refer to our remote action guide for detailed instructions
- Decommission: Permanently retire the station. Please refer to our decommissioning guide for detailed instructions.
