NOTE: Noodoe has retired the "Site Management Portal" (evnetwork.noodoe.com) previously used to create sites and project codes. Please follow the guide below for how to use Site Directory to perform the same functions.
Create a Site
Navigate to Site Directory on the left pane.
Click Add.
Enter the name of your site and choose the directory path it belongs in. (e.g. if your Example Site belongs in Test Group, select this from the directory). Click Next when complete.
Select Site when asked what type of entry you are creating. If you would like to create a Group to better organize your sites, you can do that here as well.
Site Profile Information
Fill in Site Profile information. This information is used for Noodoe Support to contact site owners. Only Site Time Zone is required on this page. Click Next when complete.
App Information
Fill in App information. Location Information is required, and once complete, click Refresh Map to update the pin on the map and auto-fill latitude and longitude coordinates. You may adjust the pin as necessary to choose the exact location of the chargers.
Set Site Visibility Options. Toggling ON will show all site information publicly on the Noodoe App and connected mapping services, such as the AFDC. Site Access radio buttons and instructions are simply labels and information to direct drivers about access to the site. Click Next when complete.
Demand Response
If the Demand Response feature is enabled, you may configure them on this page. Otherwise leave this OFF. It can be enabled at a later time. For more information on Demand Response, contact Noodoe Support.
Review
Before finalizing the site, review all information on this page. Click Submit once complete.
Site Created Successfully
Once the site is created, the Project Code is created automatically and shown on the page below. More information on Project Codes is shown below.
Project Codes
Project Codes are now created automatically when a site is created and expire 90 days after the site is created. You can also find the project code by navigating to the Site in Site Directory. It is shown at the top of the Site Page as shown below.
If a project code expires, a Generate Project Code button will appear in the same location. When clicked, this will automatically create a new project code that expires in 90 days.
