NOTE: Your user account needs the View, Notes, and Manage Station permissions for this feature.
To navigate to the Remote Actions menu, you will need to login to your EV OS account, expand the options pane on the left hand side as well as the Assets drop down menu, and then select Station List as seen below:
From there, your view will default to the highest level of access you have from your Site Directory. You can select any sites nested within this view to sort your station list, or simply search for a station ID directly.
Once you have located your station, you can click the three dot menu under the Actions field, and then select Remote Actions for the station you plan to relocate.
From this menu, you will be presented with a few options. Note that any request sent to these units rely on the station being networked, and connected to EV OS.
- Reset will send a reboot request to the station.
- Start will send a request to begin a charging session, bypassing typical authorization.
- Stop will send a request to end the current session.
- Maintenance Mode is a toggle which allows you to temporarily disable a station.
- Below this field is the Accessible Mobile Web link, and a QR code redirecting to that same link. These function the same as scanning the QR code on the station itself.
