Noodoe uses Stripe as the main payment gateway, which enables payments and revenue collection at EV charging sites. In order to collect revenue, you need to connect your Stripe account.
What you need to know
- Only CPO entries can link Stripe accounts
- Only CPO entries can link Stripe accounts

- Earnings from Site entries underneath CPOs will be transferred to the Stripe account bound to the CPO
- Automatic Revenue Transfer, previously known as "Destination Charge", will automatically transfer earnings to your connected Stripe account upon receiving a payment
Check your permission
Make sure your account has Admin permissions. This is to ensure that only authorized users can access sensitive settings and make critical system changes.
Navigate to the "Revenue" Entry Settings for your CPO entry
In the Site Directory,
navigate to the CPO entry where you want to connect a Stripe account.
(This icon means this entry is a CPO entry)
(If you see the site icon or the group icon
, it means you are NOT in the correct entry.)
(If you can't access the CPO entry of your company, please contact the EV OS admin of your company or contact Noodoe Support.)
Click the three-dot menu next to the entry name,
then select "Entry Settings".
Then click the "Revenue" Tab.
Make sure your Profile is updated and SSLA is accepted
If you have missing profile information, you will not be able to complete the Stripe setup.
Click "Update Profile" and complete the required Company Information.
Then go back to the "Revenue" tab in Entry Settings.
If the SSLA is not accepted, you will not be able to complete the Stripe setup.
Click "Review SSLA" and accept the SSLA.
Then go back to the "Revenue" tab in Entry Settings.
Connect with Stripe
Once your Profile Information is up to date and the SSLA is accepted, if you haven't set up the Automatic Revenue Transfer, you will see the "Connect with Stripe" button to connect your Stripe account.
Click the button to begin setup.
This button will bring you to the Stripe website to begin setup.
If you already have a Stripe account associated with the business collecting revenue, you can use that same account.
Follow the steps on Stripe's website to complete setup.

Once complete, you will see a confirming message: "Your Stripe account has been successfully connected to EV OS", along with the Stripe ID you have linked to this CPO.
