Each charging station must be associated with a unique Noodoe QR code to enable cloud management and user access. Please follow these steps to ensure you have the necessary components for a successful installation.
1. Verify Your Package Contents
Before beginning the physical installation or network configuration, please check the box for the Noodoe QR code sticker.
Location: The sticker is typically found inside the charger packaging, tucked into the documentation envelope, or pre-applied to the side of the unit.
Purpose: This QR code is essential for the final commissioning step to identify and bind your station to the Noodoe cloud.
2. Missing or Damaged Sticker?
If you cannot locate the Noodoe QR code sticker, or if the sticker is damaged and unreadable, please contact our support team immediately before proceeding with the installation. We will need to verify your unit's serial number to provide a replacement.
3. Commissioning
