Before beginning the site setup, ensure you have the correct installation project code (sent by the site authority) and Payter Serial Number.
The Noodoe team will assist you in adding your Payter credit card reader to your Noodoe account for commissioning.
Note: A mobile device or tablet with a camera is required for installation.
Step 1. Scan the QR code on the credit card reader screen
Once activated, the credit card reader screen will display a QR code. Scan the QR code to access the Installer Panel and initiate the commissioning process.
Note: If your Payter machine lacks a display, contact the Noodoe team via support@noodoe.com for the link to the Installer Panel.
Step 2. Enter project code
Enter the Project Code sent to your email.
Step 3. Add credit card reader
The Credit Card Reader Serial Number should appear automatically. Verify that it matches the number on the screen. If it does not, enter it manually or scan the QR code again.
Confirm the Serial Number and tap Next.
Step 4. Add station number
Tap Add Station and enter the station ID from the charging station. Select the station model specifications, including the manufacturer, power type, and output details.
Note: Each credit card reader can support up to two Station IDs, with each number associated with a charging port. You can pair it with:
- One single-output station
- Two single-output stations
- One dual-output station
Step 5. Configure station model
Depending on the charging station type, the following options may appear:
5.1 Single Output Stations
After entering the station model details, the station setup will be completed.
5.2 Add another single output station
Tap the "+" button to add another single-output station. Once added, confirm the station position.
5.3 Dual output stations
For dual output stations, the position of the port is assigned automatically.
Note: Make sure to configure the pre-authorization amount for the stations connected to the Payter credit card reader. Navigate to Site Directory > Payment > Payment authorization to set the pre-authorization amount for your stations.
