Noodoe EV OS supports over 80 different station manufacturers, and over 300 unique station models. Many stations can be migrated to the Noodoe platform in a few simple steps.

Step 2: Order Migration package
After evaluating your station and networking, the sales team will put together a proposal with your migration package which will include the following:
- SIM cards (if networking via cellular - these will be installed in Step 3
- Noodoe EV OS QR code stickers - these will be used in Step 4 to Commission with Noodoe.
Step 3: Software Onboarding
After your migration package has shipped, the Noodoe support team will reach out to you to set up your EV OS account. We will need the following pieces of information to set up your account:
- Company Name
- EV OS Admin Name
- EV OS Admin Email
Step 4: Station Networking & OCPP Configuration
Networking
All stations connected to EV OS require an internet connection via Wi-Fi, ethernet, or cellular (LTE). We have many guides on network setup for common stations in the Hardware Support section of our help center.
If your migration package includes SIM cards, these will need replaced in the stations, and the carrier APN will need updated.

OCPP Configuration
All stations must also be 'pointed' to the Noodoe OCPP server by updating the OCPP URL on the station. We have many guides on OCPP setup for common stations in the Hardware Support section of our help center.

Step 5: Commissioning with Noodoe
Once the station is networked and connected to the Noodoe OCPP server, it is ready to be commissioned with Noodoe.
- Attach the QR code sticker to the appropriate station
- Scan the QR code with your smartphone's camera
- Enter the project code associated with the site.
- Enter in Station details, such as Manufacturer, power output and serial number (OCPPID)
There are detailed guides available for most stations available in the Commissioning Manuals section of our help center.
In some cases, firmware updates or other settings may need updated to bring the station online. Please contact Noodoe support if additional help is needed.
