Before starting site setup, ensure you have the correct installation project code. This code will have been sent to you by the site authority.
Note: A mobile device or tablet with a camera is required for installation.
Step 1. Scan the QR code on the kiosk screen
Once activated, the kiosk screen will display a QR code. Scan the QR code to access the Installer Panel and initiate the commissioning process.
Step 2. Enter project code
Enter the Project Code sent to your email.
Step 3. Add device (kiosk)
The Device Serial Number should appear automatically. Verify that it matches the number on the screen. If it does not, enter it manually or scan the QR code again.
Confirm the Device Serial Number and tap Next.
Step 4. Add station number
Each kiosk can support up to 64 station numbers, with each number associated with a charging connector.
Click Add Station and enter the station number on the charging station.
Note: The station number can be found on each charging station.
Step 5.Select station model
Select the station model specifications.
Note: The payment kiosk only supports single-output charging stations.
Step 6. Enter station serial number
Enter the Station Serial Number (SN) manually or scan the code on the station to obtain the OCPP Charger ID.
Step 7. Finish adding stations
When all stations are added, tap Done.
Step 8. Kiosk ready
Once the process is complete, tap Done on the kiosk. The welcome page will appear, and the kiosk will be ready to use.
