Why change Payment Methods?

Changing Payment Methods can be used as a form of access control for your charging site. For example, if Access Codes are enabled, and other Payment Methods are disabled, only drivers with an Access Code will be able to start a charging session.

How to configure Payment Methods

To configure the payment options for your site, go to Site Directory.

Select the site you want to configure the payment options for, and click Entry Settings.

In the Entry Settings, go to the Payment tab and scroll down to Payment Method.

From here, select the payment methods you want to enable on your site.

If you'd like to inherit the payment methods configured in the upper entry, toggle the option to apply settings from the upper entry.

Note: Payment methods are dependent on the payment gateway. If the payment method you're looking for is not available, it's likely that the payment gateway you're using does not support it.
