This guide explains how to relocate sites within your tree structure. Moving sites allows you to reorganize your charging network and ensures your data reflects your current operational hierarchy.
Important: Understanding the Hierarchy
The directory consists of three entry types: CPO, Group, and Site. To maintain data integrity, the following rule applies:
CPO Isolation: You cannot move a site from one CPO's branch to a different CPO. Sites must remain within the organizational boundary of their original CPO.
1. On the side menu, go to Site Directory
2. Locate the site you wish to move within the tree structure. Click the checkbox next to the site name. A Move button will appear in the bottom action bar.
3. Click the Move button. In the pop-up dialog, navigate the directory tree to select the new parent entry or destination folder. Once selected, click Continue.
4. The system will begin reassigning the site to the new location. Once the progress is complete, click Finish to refresh the directory and confirm the move.
