EV OS introduces a new AI analysis feature that examines the OCPP logs of individual charging sessions. It provides a detailed analysis of each session and offers recommended actions to address potential issues.
1. From the side menu, select Statement > Charging Session. Next, choose a site to view session details.
2. To filter and locate a specific session, select the desired session data period from the top right corner.
3. At the Site level, click the AI Analysis button to begin. Allow a few seconds for the system to process the data.
4. Based on the charging data from the OCPP log, EV OS generates a summary detailing why the charging stopped, possible issues, and suggested resolutions.
Note: AI analysis identifies patterns in station operational data during the selected period to highlight potential error factors. For a complete diagnosis, further review on your end is recommended.
