General Troubleshooting Steps
If your station is experiencing unexpected network downtime, the first step taken should be to reboot the station, and then the network the station is running on where applicable. If the issue persists, you will need to log in to the unit via the web portal for the next steps. The process for connecting to the web portal can be seen in our article here.
Firmware
The landing page once you've entered the login credentials should display the stations general information. Take note of the stations current firmware version- any station displaying V01.27 or prior will need a firmware update. You can also see the last reported firmware for a station from EV OS by navigating to Assets > Station List > and then selecting the station. Firmware will be listed in the details pane on the right hand side.
For outdated firmware you can reach out by submitting a request through the Help Center or emailing techsupport@noodoe.com and we will ensure you receive the most up to date firmware version.

You can view more information on configuring Wi-Fi on an AC19L from this article, and general network troubleshooting from this article.
General Issues
If you are unable to connect to the web portal with Wi-Fi to support further troubleshooting, or if it disconnects you after a few minutes, you will need to connect using the method detailed under AC19L Web Portal Connection - Ethernet / RS232 in the article listed here.
