Effective August 5, 2024, EV OS will send offline notification emails to the address listed in Notification Recipient Details.
How to Change the Offline Notification Email Recipient
Navigate to Site Directory on the left pane of EV OS. Select the CPO for which you would like to change the notification settings. Note that the entry type must be CPO to adjust these settings.
Click the three dots next to the CPO Name, and click Entry Settings.
Under the Profile Information tab, scroll down to Notification Recipient Details.
Fill in the details of the Notification recipient.
Once the Notification Recipient Details are filled, EV OS will check every hour for offline stations. A notification email will be sent in the following situations;
- A charger has been offline for more than 1 hour and is still offline, an email notification will be sent.
- If multiple chargers are detected offline during the hour, EV OS will group all chargers from the CPO/site and send only one consolidated email.
- If the chargers remain offline, EV OS will send notifications at 1 week and 3 week intervals from the original offline event.
NOTE: When there is a site with 10 chargers has 5 offline for 1 week, and Notification Recipient has been notified about these 5 chargers, and a 6th charger is detected as offline, a specific notification will be sent to the Notification Recipient for this 6th charger about being offline for 1 hour.
Emails will be sent from evsupport@noodoe.com, and will include details about the sites and stations that are offline.
