Wi-Fi Setup
Please note not all models support WiFi, so you may need to rely on an ethernet connection in those cases.
To setup your WiFi connection, click SET, and then WiFi.
From there, click Scan, select your network SSID from the dropdown menu, input your password, and press add. Alternatively, if your network is not displaying (i.e. the network is offline currently, or the SSID is set to hidden), you may manually input the SSID. Please note the SSID is case sensitive.
Once you have completed the network setup, please select RESTART on the top and confirm to reboot the unit. If it does not gain a connection within 5-10 minutes, power cycling the unit and router may be necessary.
Offline Charging
Offline charging will bypass the need for a networked connection to our software, rendering the station unable to report charging session data or process payments.
To set up offline charging, click SET, and then CHARGER. From there you can set Valid RFID to No and Mobile Dongle to None. Apply your changes and ensure they remain after rebooting your station using RESTART on the menu options.
