|
Over Current
|
Meter detected a current value exceeding the maximum current value defined in the specification.
|
Note: Only qualified EV charger installers or electricians should perform the tests below:
-
Please use the current meter to measure L or N Line. If the output current of the electric vehicle exceeds 32A, contact the electric vehicle service center for help.
-
If the output current of the electric vehicle does not exceed 32A, please unplug the charging connector, and restart the charging process again.
-
If the issue still exists, unplug the charging plug and restart the charger
-
Please get in touch with the Noodoe customer support team if the error code still exists
|
100010
|
Overheating
|
Meter detected a temperature exceeding the maximum temperature defined in the specification
|
Note: Only qualified EV charger installers or electricians should perform the tests below:
-
Please lower the ambient temperature of the charger
-
Please check if any components of the charger are overheated
-
Reconnect the temperature sensor wires
-
If the issue still exists, unplug the charging plug and restart the charger
-
Please get in touch with the Noodoe customer support team if the error code still exists
|
100011
|
Overvoltage
|
Meter detected a voltage value exceeding the maximum voltage value defined in the specification.
|
Note: Only qualified EV charger installers or electricians should perform the tests below:
-
Check whether the power lines are installed correctly or not
-
Check the voltage of the power source
-
Please turn off the switchboard's breaker switch and measure the circuit breaker's input voltage. If the voltage exceeds the specified value (265 Vac), Please wait for the transmission voltage to return to normal or contact the local electricity company.
-
When the input voltage is within the specification range, please push the circuit breaker in the switchboard from bottom to top to restart the charging station.
-
Please get in touch with the Noodoe customer support team if the error code still exists
|
100012
|
Low voltage
|
Meter detected a voltage below the minimum voltage value defined in the specification.
|
Note: Only qualified EV charger installers or electricians should perform the tests below:
-
Check whether the power lines are installed correctly or not
-
Check the voltage of the power source:
Please turn off the breaker switch in the switchboard and measure the input voltage of the circuit breaker.
If the voltage is lower than the specified value (190 Vac), Please wait for the transmission voltage to return to normal or contact the local electrician.
If the input voltage is not lower than the specification (190Vac), please check if there's any damage caused by a loose connection or insufficient power capacity.
-
When the input voltage is within the specification range, please push the circuit breaker in the switchboard from bottom to top to restart the charging station.
-
Please get in touch with the Noodoe customer support team if the error code still exists

100013
|
Vehicle communication timeout
|
CP signal handshaking between the charger and the vehicle has timed out (more than one minute), and the chargeable voltage level (6+/- 0.8 V) has not been reached.
|
-
Please unplug the charging connector and restart the charging process
-
Check whether there is any dust on the charging plug or not
-
If the Electric Vehicle does not allow charging, please close the charging port door and restart the charging process.
-
Please refer to the charging settings and instructions in the owner's manual of your electric vehicle.
-
If the malfunction continues, unplug the charging plug and restart the charger.
-
If the electric vehicle is still not allowed to charge, please get in touch with the electric vehicle service center for help.

|
Incorrect phase sequence
|
The phase sequence for the three-phase input power is incorrect.
|
Note: Only qualified EV charger installers or electricians should perform the tests below:
-
Turn off the circuit breaker in the switchboard. Check whether the power lines are installed correctly or not
-
Please turn off the breaker on the distribution box, and measure each phase's input voltage to see if any AC phase connection is loose.
-
Wait for the power to be back on or contact the local power company if there's no issue with the wiring.
-
Check the input power phase setting of the charging station. Restart the charger after selecting the correct phase sequence.
-

The leakage circuit detected a leakage current value exceeding the maximum value defined in the specifications.
|
Note: Only qualified EV charger installers or electricians should perform the tests below:
-
Check the grounding wire between the EVSE and the power panel.
-
Unplug the charging plug of the charger and restart the charger if this occurs before charging.
-
Plug the charging connector into the vehicle and start the charging process.
-
If this happens during charging, the leakage current of the electric vehicle might be higher than the specification (e.g., more than 20mA). Please look at the charging settings and instructions in the owner's manual of your electric vehicle. (Drive the car away for a few miles and back to the charger, then start the charging process again or try another charger.)
