Downloading the App
The Noodoe App is available on both iOS and Android.
You can download the app using the links below:

Create an Account
First-time users can create an account from the Sign In tab in the app’s footer menu. After you sign in, this tab will be named Profile.
To create an account:
- Open the Noodoe App.
- Tap Sign In.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Enter a user name.
- The user name must be between 3 and 25 characters.
- Enter a strong password.
- The password must be at least 8 characters long.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to confirm your account setup.
If you already have an account, you can sign in directly. You may also be able to sign in with Google or Facebook.
Add Payment Methods
The Noodoe App accepts major credit cards and some virtual wallets, such as Google Pay. A valid payment method must be added to your account before you can start a paid charging session.
RFID cards and membership plans may also be accepted payment methods, depending on the charging site.
Using the Map
Allow the Noodoe App to access your location for the most accurate map experience. Location access helps the app show nearby charging opportunities.
Location access is recommended, but it is not required to use the map.
You can explore charging stations by zooming in on the map. You can also search for charging sites by name or address.
Check Charger Status on the Map
To check a charger’s current status, use the Noodoe App map. Search for a charging site by name or address, then select the site on the map to view its details.
On the station details screen, you can check whether each charger may be available for use. Some drivers may refer to this as checking whether a charger is occupied or unoccupied.
Note: Charger status can ONLY be checked in the Noodoe App. Charger status is not available in the web version.
Note: Charger status can change at any time. A charger that appears available in the app may become unavailable before you arrive.
Select a charging station on the map to view more information, such as availability, pricing details, and site photos for easier navigation.
Tap GO and follow the charging instructions in the app.
Filter Charging Stations
You can use the filter settings to find charging stations that match your charging needs.
Filter options may include:
- Noodoe Charging Stations
- Unoccupied Charging Stations
- No-cost Charging Stations
- Connector Type
- Access Type
- Power Level
- Membership Only
Charging Session Activation
With the Noodoe App, you can use the Scan, Pay, Charge process to start a charging session.
To start a charging session:
- Scan the charging station QR code or enter the station ID.
- The station ID is displayed on the charging station.
- Select your payment method.
- Confirm the session rate.
- Apply a coupon or discount code, if available.
- Enter your phone number to receive charging progress notifications.
- Follow the instructions in the app to start charging.
Charging History and Receipt
You can track your previous charging sessions and payment records in the Charging History tab.
To view charging session details:
- Open the Noodoe App.
- Go to Charging History.
- Tap a charging session to view more details.
Charging session details may include:
- Receipt information
- Charging duration
- Charging site
- Session ID
If you contact Noodoe Support regarding refund or pre-authorization fee issues, you may need to provide your receipt and Session ID for reference.
