Noodoe has phased out support of the AMIT routers which power the G100 Gateway. In RMA cases, a new Teltonika RUT241 router will be sent to replace the internal router. All RUT241 routers should be pre-configured with WiFi settings to automatically connect to WiFi enabled stations. If you are using a Noodoe SIM card, no additional configuration is necessary. As soon as the router is connected to power, it will boot up and connect to charging stations.
If you are providing your own SIM card, you will need to follow the instructions in the RUT241 manual here.
Follow the steps below to remove the existing AMIT router, and replace it with the new RUT241 router.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ROUTER IS CONNECTED TO THE TRANSFORMER IN THE FOLLOWING CONFIGURATION:
- Red Wire: V+ (top)
- Black Wire: V- (bottom)
FAILING TO DO SO MAY BRICK THE ROUTER AND CAUSE IT TO STOP WORKING INDEFINITELY.
If the install is successful and the router is functioning properly, you should see the WiFi SSID NoodoeEV-LTE being broadcast by the router.
