How do I report a broken charger or charger not functioning properly?
To report a broken charger, you may fill out the “submit a request” form that can be found on the top right corner of the webpage; or email us at techsupport@noodoe.com.
Please provide the following:
- the broken charger’s seven-digit station ID (the station ID is usually displayed at the front or on the side of the charger),
- the issue/ question, and
- your contact information.
