A temporary pre-authorization fee may appear on your credit card statement before or during a charging session. This charge is used to verify that your payment method is valid and will be automatically released after the charging session is completed.
Why was I charged $20-$50 before charging?
A temporary $20-$50 pre-authorization fee is collected at the initial stage of the charging session to make sure the payment method is valid.
Once the charging session is completed, only the final charging session fee is collected, and the remaining unused amount is automatically released back to the credit card.
Why haven’t I received my preauthorization refund?
Our payments are securely processed through Stripe. Refunds are typically issued immediately by Stripe. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card account.
If you do not receive the refunded amount after several business days, please contact your credit card provider for assistance.
If you have any other questions, please contact Noodoe Support and provide your receipt for reference.
