The Software Service and License Agreement (SSLA) helps ensure that you have a clear understanding of the terms for accessing and using Noodoe’s services. It outlines important details about our responsibilities, your rights, and how the service works to benefit you.
What You’re Accepting
The SSLA covers things like:
- The Services We Provide: A breakdown of what you’ll receive, including maintenance and support.
- Warranties: We're committed to providing high-quality service, but in case of any issues, the SSLA outlines what we’re responsible for.
- Terms of Use: How our services can be used, what’s expected from both sides and any limitations that apply.
- Pricing: This includes our standard pricing unless a custom contract applies. This covers the costs associated with our services, like subscription fees, session fees, and any activation or commissioning charges.
