A discount code is a specific code used to apply discount. The discount can be either a fixed amount or percentage-based reduction.

Unlike access codes, discount codes can only be applied through the app interface. This means that without an app account, users will not be able to take advantage of the discount code.

Creating a Discount Code

To create a discount code, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Discount Code via the side menu.

2. In the Discount Code Management page, you can view all past and current discount codes created under the same CPO account.

3. In the top right corner, click Create Discount Code to begin.

4. Select either nominal or percentage-based discount and set the discount value.

5. Enter the name, description, and the actual code you wish to use as the discount code.

6. Specify the validity of the discount code by entering the start and end date.

7. Select the charger type and sites you wish to enable the discount code.

8. Finally, select the number of times a user can use the code.

9. Click Submit, and you're discount code will be ready.

Using a Discount Code

Noodoe App Interface

1. To apply a discount code, go to the Charging tab and click Get Started.

2. Scan the QR code on the station or enter the Station ID.

3. After entering the Station ID, you will be directed to In the Payment page. Click "I have a discount code" to enter it.

4. Enter your discount code and click Apply.

5. The applied discount code will be displayed on the Payment page.
