Will the Noodoe smart charger work without a network connection in place?
The chargers can work without a network connection in place but will lose all of the smart features that Noodoe EV OS can provide (such as site management, payment and price setting, etc.), becoming “Dummy” chargers. For which a Home Charger could be more suitable if a network is not present and the smart features are not needed.
