Step 1: Charger Setup Using the Sifinity Setup App

1. Log In or Create an Account
Launch the Sifinity Setup App and sign in using your email address and password.
If you do not already have an account, please create one before proceeding.
2. Configure Charger Settings
When you reach the charger configuration screen, enter the following information exactly as shown:
During charger setup, please enter the following information exactly as shown:
- Customer Email Address: techsupport@noodoe.com
- Charger Group Code: noodoe
⚠️ DO NOT enter your own email address or any other group code. The charger must be assigned to the Noodoe support account. Incorrect entries may delay commissioning and require manual correction.

Step 2: Commission the Charger in the Noodoe System
After completing the charger setup in the Sifinity Setup App, the charger must be commissioned within the Noodoe system.
During this step, the charger's Station ID (QR Code) will be linked to the corresponding Siemens Charger Serial Number.
This association ensures that:
- Drivers can correctly locate and access the charger.
- Charging sessions are routed to the proper station.
- The charger is managed and monitored through the NOODOE platform.
Please follow the Noodoe commissioning procedure to complete the setup.
